Project Management | Clients come in all shapes and forms. Many do not have in-house translation departments or internal resources dedicated to managing their translation efforts. By outsourcing this task to us you achieve two cost-effective goals: 1. you free internal resources who can focus entirely on developing your next breakthrough product, 2. you adopt a "hire-as-needed" approach, reducing your overhead... Our fee structure for Project Management is discrete and transparent. Contact us to know more.

Terminology Definition & Management | If you are new to international markets, starting off on the right foot will pay higher dividends down the road. Establishing commonly accepted, standard terminology for your market at the outset will not only ensure that your message is communicated correctly and effectively in the target market, but it also helps you establish your brand identity. Glossary development is the first step to ensure that your products or services will stand out in the crowd.
We all abide by commonly accepted Style guides in our own respective languages, but we can also help you define ad-hoc style guides to capture your idiosyncrasies and peculiarities.

Technical Translation | "Technical" is an umbrella term applicable to numerous industries and fields. Anything specific to an industry is technical. However, we don't claim to be a jack-of-all-trades. We don't have expertise in all walks of life. None of us are Lawyers or Investment Bankers, therefore we don't feel we should translate legal document or financial statements. All our partners are highly qualified in the subject matters they translate into, holding a specific degree, be it Medicine, Theoretical Physics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or Graphic Design.

Software Localization (desktop, Web, mobile apps) & Engineering | Translating a software product into a foreign language involves understanding how to work with programming languages and source code. Most of our clients have internal departments who extract everything that needs to be translated for us. However, our Software Engineers can do all this preliminary work, preparing software strings in a format that is translation-compatible. After translation and review are completed, they are the ones who rebuild the application in the new language. This holds true for web applications as well, whether you run an e-commerce portal or you plan to be the next Facebook®, we can help you launch your web app in as many languages as you wish. In fact, one of the largest and fastest-growing segments for us currently is social networking and mobile apps for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone. |
Linguistic Quality Assurance | Once the translated software has been rebuilt, it needs to be tested to make sure that the translation did not cause problems, that it is appropriate in the context, and that all the text displays properly (accented characters come to mind). Whether you have a test plan for us to follow or you want us to come up with one, we know what to do and how to report issues and bugs to be fixed. This service is entirely customizable to client's specs, platform and testing environment - and can also be performed at the client's premises.
|
Functional Testing | Usually combined and performed in parallel with Linguistic QA, Functional testing aims at evaluating the software performance, which should be no less than the original.
|
Website Localization | Websites may contain interactive elements, audio, video and static images. A website localization project can entail a trip to a recording studio for voiceovers... we don't mind - some of us are even good singers! But it will give you visibility and increase your sales around the globe only if it's translated properly. We can help you assess whether your online presence is adaptable to a foreign market, we can assist you in devising a strategy to increase visitors and multiply hits by selecting optimal keywords for search engines. It's all about marketing yourself online - let us take you there.
|
Desktop Publishing | Some of our clients love Macs, others prefer PCs. We are not a Mac or a PC; we are both and love them equally. Whether you publish marketing collateral, documentation that ships with your software product, a newsletter for your readers, a Code of Conduct for your employees or a cute packaging box for a new toy, we will generate translated documents in your preferred DTP application that reflect your original document in all but the language they are written in. These reflowed documents are subject to a pass of technical and linguistic QA to ensure their accuracy before they are delivered to you and/or your printer.
